Do you want to merge orders of the same customer who orders several items separately but the same shipping and billing information?

ZhenHub Order and Inventory Management System allows you copy or duplicate a sales order. Here's how:

1. Assuming that you are in the Sales Order page. Notice the copy button at the last column. Select the copy button.

2. A system notification will appear to confirm successful operation.

3. Notice that the copied order ends with .1.

Please note if you are integrated to an ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), unfortunately the tracking information will not be synced with the copied sales order.
