How to cancel order?

Cancelling an order is as easy as 1-2-3 steps. 

 

1. Assuming that you have logged in already, click Sales Orders.


2. From the drop down, choose OrdersYou will be directed to the Orders page.


3. On the right side panel click X to cancel a certain order.  


4. A pop-up message will appear to confirm your action. Remember that cancelling an order irrecoverable. You may put a Remarks before clicking ProceedOr just click Proceed and leave Remarks blank.


5.  A notification message will appear to confirm that the cancellation has pushed through.


6. Notice that the status has changed also, from Approved to Cancelled.


You have successfully cancelled your order.
