Where can I find my order in Lazada?
You will receive three email notifications from ZhenHub.
a. Email No.1 will provide you the tracking number with first tracking point. In addition, you can change address from the email.
b. Email No.2 will provide you an update about the shipment e.g. clearing of customs etc.
c. Email No.3 will be sent to you. It carries the information that the packaged has been cleared from customs and it is handed over to courier. The package will arrive in 2-4 days.
