Why is my order On Hold?

There are several reasons why an order is put On Hold status. Here are the list of possible reasons.

  • Customer has not paid for the order
  • Out of Stock
  • Missing Line Items
  • Missing Billing Address
  • Missing Shipping Address
  • Missing Currency
  • Missing Total Order Price
  • Order Value is Zero or Negative
  • Missing Customer Name
  • Missing Phone Number
  • Missing Email address
  • Missing Zip Code
  • Missing Shipping Country
  • Missing Shipping City
  • No Corresponding Variant
  • Missing SKU code
  • Missing Product Name
  • Missing Product Value
  • Product Line Item Quantity Missing or Less Than or Equal to Zero

  • Verifying CNID
