LAZADA商品退运(RTM)流程说明
Lazada商品退运(RTM)
我们致力为Lazada提供快速而透明的商品退运服务。如有任何疑问，请阅读本说明手册或通过support@zhenhub.com与我们联系。
当退运货物进行或完成以下事件，我们将会向Lazada卖家发出电邮通知:
Step 1. 当退运货物离开始发地之集运中心 ；
Step 2. 当退运货物到达中国边境并等待清关 ；
Step 3. 当退运货物完成清关，并交付國內承運商将会于2至4天内派送。
Step 1. 当退运货物离开始发地之集运中心，您将收到一封包含所有订单信息的电子邮件通知：
- Lazada订单号
- 项目编号
- 卖家姓名
- 卖家电话号码
- 卖家收货地址
重要:
商家必须检查您的详细信息是否正确。
您可以在截止日期之前通过电子邮件中的链接更改详细信息。
当你点击“编辑收货地址信息”后，系统将带您到一另个页面来编辑您的信息。
在此页面上，您可以在英语和中文之间切换语言。
1.编辑您的信息
- 名字和姓氏
- 公司名称
- 电话
- 邮箱
- 收货地址
2.点击页面底部的“保存收货地址”按钮以保存此订单的信息
请务必注意:
您需要更新每个退运货物的订单信息。更新其中一个商品/订单的信息并不代表着其他货件的信息也被更新。
如果您看到此弹出窗口，则代表您更新的信息已成功保存。
请务必注意:
请在检查清楚您更新了的信息，以确保您输入了正确的信息。 ZhenHub将使用这些更新信息将订单运送给您。如果它们不正确，则将导致延误或运输丢失。
Step 2.等待清关
当退运货物到达中国边境并等待清关 ，您将收到一封电子邮件通知。
您可以随时通过此链接跟踪包裹。
请务必注意:
清关时间之长短将取决于边关等待入口货量。当前还存在一些外部因素，例如COVID-19疫情爆发，国外摆工，海关严格控制，海关政策的变化，旺季因素也会影响通关速度。
Step 3. 完成清关并交付國內承運商，退运货物将会于2至4天内派送
您的货物通过海关清关后，通常会在2-4个工作日内到达。
我们会通知您退运货物的跟踪号。
请务必注意:
在这物流状况下，退运货物的收货信息已经无法更改。如果您没有及时更新您的收货信息，只好安排某人手到旧地址收取货物，或者等待派送失败后，待货物返回我们仓库，然后再次安排二次派送。
要跟踪您的货件，您有两种选择：
1. 点击电子邮件中的“跟踪包裹”链接以跟踪您的货件。
2. 访问https://cloud.zhenhub.com/track/lazada/en，然后输入您的 Lazada订单号以跟踪您的货件
这两个选项都将带您到此跟踪页面，该页面显示:
- Lazada订单号
- 物流轨迹
- ZhenHub跟踪号
- 发送时间
