How to Generate Label by Importing Template?
Do you have an excel file of labels to be generated? That's easy with ZhenHub. Follow the steps below.
1. Click Import Labels.
2. Select International or Morning Express depending on your shipping label setting. Usually, it is International for most clients.
3. Then, download the import template.
4. After downloading the template, open the file. See sample file image below. You may now copy/paste your data in this file.
5. Then upload in the system.
Once upload is completed. You will see the newly generated label as Draft.
6. Tick the box before the order column. Then, select Batch Approved.
7. A pop-up box will appear. Choose the desired label setting.
8. Upon selecting a label setting, transaction fee will be visible for you. Then click Proceed.
9. The system will notify you that it was a successful approval. Notice also that the newly generated label is now in Approved status.
10. Refresh the page. Then notice that from the Approved status, the newly generated label is now Printable.
11. Move the slider sideward, at the last column click the download icon to print the label.
12. You will be directed to the printing page. Notice the following:
- There are three (3) shipping labels. Since this will be attached to three (3) different cartons.
- Each shipping label has the carton number and unique tracking number.
- The shipping label Order number is still the same to all three (3) shipping labels.
