How to create Batch Morning Express Labels?
Scaling your business is our concern. This short guide will assist you in creating Morning Express Labels in batch to expedite your business process.
1. At the side panel, select Shipping Labels.
2. From the drop down, choose Morning Express.
3. You will be directed to the Morning Express Label page.
4. Click Import Label.
5. A pop-up message will appear. Then, you must download Import Template for batch upload.
Click Download Import Template.
6. Open the downloaded file.
7. Complete the excel entries. Required fields are identified below.
8. Once the excel is completely filled up with the correct information, click again Import Labels.
9. Read through the short description.
10. Upload the file either by Dropping the file or Choosing from your device. Please remember only in xls and xlsx formats are allowed to be uploaded.
You must wait for a while. Uploading may take sometime depending on the file size.
11. When the file is completely uploaded, the system will provide a feedback on the correctness of the uploaded file. See sample below.
As you could see in the example above, there is an error in the uploaded file. While the other entries are successfully uploaded. You have to correct the error in the file. The system will not process it until all the entries are correct.
12. Click Return to re-upload.
13. Click again Import Labels. Then, drop or choose a file from your device. For a successful file upload, you should see similar pop-up message below.
14. You will be automatically directed to Morning Express Labels page. You should be able to see all created labels through batch upload.
15. Notice that the batch upload labels are in Draft status.
16. You must click Approve to make it available as Printable.
17. Once you click Approve, a pop-up message will appear to confirm your action by selecting a Label Setting.
18. Choose the already set up label which should be Morning Express.

19. After selecting Morning Express as Label Setting, click Save.
20. A pop-up message will appear on the side to inform you that the approval has pushed through.
21. Notice that the status has been changed from Draft to Approved.
22. Refresh the page, then Printable status will replace Approved.
23. Finally you can download the label and print from your device.
