1. Cancel the order first. Go to "Shipments" and click the cancel button at the end of the row.

 2. Cancellation request will then be submitted to warehouse to check up whether the order can be intercepted or not.

Below screenshot shows the cancellation request is awaiting warehouse's reply:

 3. After warehouse confirms the cancellation, the status will be seen as "Cancelled" (refer to image below).

 4. Go to "Orders" tab, and search for the order. The original order will be changed from "Processing" to "Approved".

5. After the status change to approve you can now proceed by  clicking"Ship by Zhenhub" to revise Shipping service.

 6. Click the icon below to select shipping service.
