What to do when you the system showed Tips 409?

It means the selected Variant is an inbounded SKU. So, a Virtual SKU should be created. Follow the steps below.

1. Click Inventory.

2. Select Products.

3. You will be directed to Products page.

4. Select New Product.

5. You will be directed to Product Items page.

6. Select Items. Then click New Item.

7. Fill in Product Details.

8. Provide SKU additional information.

9. Put in Configure details.

10. Then, click Save. 

11. A pop-up message will appear to confirm a successful action.

12. Click Variants at the side panel. Then you will be directed to Variants page.

13. On the created Virtual SKU, go to the last column. Then click Convert to Kitting icon.

14. A familiar pop-up box will appear. This box will require you select an inbounded SKU for the kit or bundle.

Once you Save it. You must see on the Variants page the Kitting   and Is Kitting item  icons.
